Teaching Experience at a glance

 

Dr Lorna Moore has had 20 years teaching experience covering an extensive range of experimental media which includes: fine art, time based media, photography and film, video and performance, art & design,visual communication and digital media. As an educator her teaching experience ranges from schools, colleges, the probation service, HMP Prisons, and undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has been head of art in a number of institutions and is widely recognised for her approachable teaching methods. She has been pro-active in enabling young people to exhibit their work in a number of venues.Lorna also has a teaching qualification, in addition to her two MAs (MA in Fine Art & MA in Digital Performance) and a BA in Fine Art. Her own practice is multidisciplinary and crossers between fine art and digital media.

She was involved in the Big Draw project which won an award at the National Gallery in London.
